That night I was tired and decided to eat in my room so I ordered a Romano Pizza.. I was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. it showed up almose 2 hours later. The excuse was the traffic and the rain. Raining in Oakland is NOT ANEW PHENOMINEN it has happened in the past. To add insult to injury I was delivered the defiinitely worst Pizza I have ever eaten. Your over optomistic driver who I am sure does not eat your Pizzas told me it was worth the wait. I took two slices and tossed the rest in the garbage. You can be very sure that I informed the owner of this hotel, not the manager, the owner of the quality of your sewer grade pizza.
